Fake 1969 moon landing? During the cold war, the USA was determined not to lose to the USSR, and he needed a win after his role in the ‘Bay of Pigs’ disaster. Stanley Kubrick had experience in replicating planet surfaces from his movie ‘2001: A Space Odyssey’, and may have provided clues to the deception in his movie ‘The Shining’ to his role in helping NASA fake the moon landing.

The moon rang like a ‘bell’ when the lunar lander was sent back to crash into the moon. Drilling into the moon’s surface came back with metal filings.
